Under ...student_load_local_courses, "E" was hard-coded to mean "enrolled." I changed this to use
the system's "default_enrolled_grade" value instead. (FP version 4.3.x or above required)

Removed a call-time pass-by-reference which was causing a fatal error in the latest version of PHP.
